What you get for the difference is up to a 12-year warranty instead of two, your first year’s service free so that warranty stays valid, a smart thermostat or five radiator valves included, and a fixed price that doesn’t move on the day. Our own Gas Safe engineers do the work, and Oliver oversees every installation from survey to sign-off. Dust sheets go down, floors and carpets get covered, and your old boiler and all the waste leave with us. The person who quotes you is the person accountable for the finish.

Why the filter and the flush matter more than the boiler brand
Every old system carries iron sludge. If it isn’t flushed out, it circulates through your brand-new boiler from day one — and it is one of the most common reasons a manufacturer refuses a warranty claim.
We power flush the whole system first. The machine uses magnets to pull the iron out until the water runs clear. Then we fit a magnetic filter so anything that forms later is caught before it reaches the boiler.
It’s the difference between a boiler that gives you trouble in year three and one that doesn’t. Both are included as standard — and both are worth looking for on any other quote you get.

How much does a new combi boiler cost?
A new combi boiler fitted starts at £2,279 including VAT. What it costs you depends on the size of boiler your home needs, where the boiler is going, and whether any pipework or flue work is involved — which is exactly what the free survey is for. You get one fixed price in writing before anything is booked, and that price is what you pay. No day-of-install surprises.
Which boilers do you fit?
We’re accredited installers for Worcester Bosch and Vaillant, and we also fit Glow-worm and Keston. If you’ve got a particular make or model in mind, tell us at the survey — and if there’s a better fit for your home we’ll tell you why, with the prices side by side.
How soon can you fit my new boiler?
Often the next working day. We install Monday to Friday (no weekend installs just yet), and survey appointments are often available the same day you enquire.

Yes. Dust sheets down, floors and carpets covered, and we leave your home as we found it — with the old boiler and all waste removed and disposed of properly (we're an Environment Agency licensed waste carrier).
I've had a cheaper quote — how do they compare?
Bring it to us and we'll go through it line by line. Half the time the difference isn't the price, it's what's in it — which boiler, how long the warranty really is and who registers it, whether a filter, a power flush and new pipework are included, and whether that figure is fixed or an estimate that moves on the day. We're usually not the cheapest quote you'll get, and we'd rather show you exactly why than pretend otherwise.
